A full-day’s trip to the Żuławy Lowlands in search of history both recent and more distant. If you are looking for a trip to give you not only visual impressions but also an opportunity to learn something, come with us to visit Stutthof, one of the oldest concentration camps in Nazi-occupied Poland; today, it is a museum that commemorates the tragic events of the Second World War. Before we go there, we will go down the narrow roads of charming Sobieszewska Island, from where we will take a ferry to Mikoszewo. Świbno Ferry is a cable ferry with its history dating back to 1895; it remains a Tri-City attraction to this day. We will take it to the main feature of our trip: the Stutthof concentration camp. We will spend our time there learning about the darkness of war and the history of occupied Poland. This is a trip you will never forget. However, our day will not end there; we will take you to the beautiful beach in Stegna, where we will have a coffee or a meal before we go on. On the way back, we’ll show you some extraordinary Dutch architecture that dates back to the early 17th century.
