Home-made pierogi (dumplings) are a delicacy that Poland is famous for. Every region has its own: both sweet and savoury. They can be boiled, baked or fried, and the filling can be made from almost anything: from strawberries to cottage cheese. This trip is about discovering the culinary side of the Tri-City. You will meet some nice people and learn to make pierogi from the best! The pierogi-making workshop under the watchful eye of an expert is for those of you who like to cook and eat well. You don’t have to know anything about cooking, we will teach you to make pierogi from scratch. A Polish proverb says: through the belly to the heart. At the workshop, we will have some wine and local craft beer. Cooking can be an adventure too!
