Because of its location between Gdansk Bay and the hills of the Tricity Landscape Park, the Tricity is an excellent place for nature lovers. We have great news for those who love nature – the locals love to spend time in the fresh air, too. We will show you beautiful landscapes ranging from mountainous gorges to seaside cliffs. 10:00 - Gdańsk Oliwa railway station

We begin our nature trip in Oliwski Park where we will learn its history, take a walk around it and step into the palm house to see the tallest palm tree in Poland. Since Oliwski Park is part of the Cistercian Abbey, we will also visit Oliwa Cathedral where we can listen to an organ concert. Next, we will go up Pachołek Hill, the Tri-City’s highest observation point from which there is a breath-taking view of the entire city and the Bay of Gdańsk.

12:30 - Sopot Forests

The Sopot Forests are one of the most beautiful parts of the Tri-City Landscape Park. The numerous moraine hills cross-cut with deep valleys and ravines, dense mixed forests, and the clean and healthy air give this place an atmosphere not unlike that in Poland’s southern Bieszczady mountains. The many footpaths, bicycle lanes and horse-riding routes makes it a favourite place for the locals to spend their free afternoons.

14:00 - Lunch - Konsulat Dobrego Piwa

Let’s stop to take a breath before the second part of our walk. The establishment is run by Sopoters for Sopoters. Far from the throngs of tourists we can relax sipping a craft beer or a delicious coffee and eat a home-made panini.

15:00 Route: Sopot – Gdynia Orłowo Klif – Gdynia Browar Port

We will take the beautiful seaside paths to the border with Gdynia. There we can continue our walk along the beach until we reach the pier in Orłowo. To end our beautiful day we will climb up the cliff where the guide will tell you about the erosion processes that formed it and then take you to the bunkers hidden in the KępaRedłowska reserve.

17:30 - End of trip at SKM Gdynia Orłowo
